Your extruded aluminum screen door is warranted against manufacturing defects and errors in workmanship for 2 (two) years. The frame of the door is warranted for 5 (five) years against breaking or bending. All mechanical parts* are warranted for 2 (two) years against failing to perform. Within this period, we will repair or replace the door or part without charge for parts or labor. This warranty does not cover damage due to Acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, improper maintenance, or any other repairs other than those provided by The Screen Pro.

Your petproof screen fabric is warranted against manufacturing defects and errors in workmanship for 1 (one) years. The fabric is warranted against ripping and tearing for 2 (two) years. This warranty does not cover the fabric pulling out from the spline groove, burns, or cuts. Within this period we will repair or replace the fabric without charge for parts or labor one time. This warranty does not cover damage due to Acts of God, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, improper maintenance, or any other repairs other than those provided by The Screen Pro.
